When you live in the mind and thoughts, that manifests as you living in a disorderly fashion. Suffering arises and overall happiness will dwindle.<br /><br />When you come into the present, you are aware of what's here and now. You do not have to worry about things that don't concern you here and now. That's why if there was one thing I could tell someone, I would tell them to be aware of this moment always. All else stems from this one principle.
